Where all spiritual beings come to become Shinigami and where current Shinigami hone and refine their skills. Often one of the only ways out of the poverty of Rukongai, it can take up to six years for normal souls to become true Shinigami. Before one even becomes ranked or anything of the sort, they are sent here for training, where they materialize their Zanpakuto and master the arts of Kido and Shunpo. The very best sometimes become seated members of the Gotei 13.

Where the headquarters of all the auxiliary army divisions are located, primarily the Covert Ops and Kidō Corps.

All thirteen divisions have their own headquarters where they can be found. Looking for someone in particular, try their district. Training, paper work, patrolling and such take place within each unique district, depending upon their function to Seireitei.

At the center of Seireitei is the Shrine of Penitence, a white tower where prisoners are kept.
There is also Sôkyoku Hill, the area where the great Sôkyoku blade once resided. A place whose soul existance is for executions. It is a large plain though, with a vast amount of space where duels or battles have been known to take place.

The central 46 is were all decisions are made for the benifit of soul soceity, you could say the goverment, but something strange is happening.
